Cancellation Policy
Once a user is registered and the fee has been paid through the online payment gateway, the transaction cannot be cancelled under any circumstances unless otherwise specified in the applicable refund policy.
General Refund Position
No payment will be refunded unless expressly covered under the refund policy issued by BSACS.
Refund for Chargeback Transactions
If a user raises a chargeback claim for any reason, the user must approach BSACS directly with full claim details and seek refund only from BSACS.
Any refund, if approved, shall be processed only by BSACS through the payment gateway or by any other means considered appropriate by the institute.
No refund or chargeback claims made by users directly to the payment service provider will be entertained.
Refund for Fraudulent or Duplicate Transactions
In cases involving fraudulent transactions or misuse of card or bank details by any fraudulent individual or party, the user must directly contact BSACS. Such matters shall be addressed only by the institute in accordance with its policies and rules.
